Churchstanton has achieved the Platium Award status. Our school is a member of the Woodland Trust and actively takes part in a scheme that encourages schools to have a cross-curricular approach to learning with a specific focus on outdoor education. The aim is to inspire children about woods, trees and wildlife.

We have recently achieved the highest accolade of GOLD for this award and are proud to promote a range of sporting activities across the school and in regional competitions, such as Gymnastics, Taekwondo, Dodgeball, Netball, Football, Rounders and Tag Rugby.
Celebrating wildlife and their habitats with particular focus on activities to engage children with nature and provide practical learning opportunities outdoors.
Celebrating the Arts (visual art, music, dance, drama) across the curriculum and promoting creativity. This is currently being renewed.
